Sausage Review #3 Evergood Polish Kielbasa

Name: Giant 1/2 Pound Evergood Polish Kielbasa
Price: $6.75
Location: Evergood Sausage stand behind Section 115 Near Panda Express
Condiments: Grilled Peppers and Onions
Cooked: Grilled
Size: Very Large
Detail:
Visually very appealing, and smells great.
Skin is a little tough, and once the skin bursts.... grease seeps out of the Sausage.
Very good kielbasa flavor, not too salty...
Flavor is not overpowering at all, and you can taste the meat through the spices.
One of the best kielbasas I have had.
The bread is soft and has just a little chew to it.
The peppers and onions are a nice touch. Also available with kraut.
The grease factor is a big minus, would be better served if they had pierced the skin and allowed the grease to drain.

Sausage Review #2 Best Kosher Hotdog

Name: Best Kosher Hotdog
Price: $6.25
Location: Behind Section 126
Condiments: Guldens Mustard
Cooked: Steamed
Size: Large
Detail:
Now THIS is a good dog.
Very flavorful, but not very salty.
The bun is soft but has a little chew factor like a French Roll
Skin gives way very freely, and the dog almost seems to melt in your mouth.
This is like Filet Mignon of Sausage..
Like Butta...
