Pablo has been a disappointment with the bat this year, which has lead critics to point to his gluttony for junk food and junk pitches…..and as the Giants offense has warmed up….well, Pablo has shown signs of life….he has logged a few multi hit games in recent memory….but after a 1 HR May…..we are really looking for the Panda to drive a few balls over the fence before we declare him alive and well……and Panda gotta hold of one tonight to the deep part of the yard for his second HR of the homestand…..lets hope this bodes of things to come….

TIP OF THE CAP :
HUFF
Even on a hitless night, brought a smile to everyones face with his diving catch in the 8th….not the most athletic of catches, but a good play and he got a 10.0 from the Russian Judge…..

BULLPEN
Runzler a little shaky, but didn't implode Mota was effective, and Bautista was pretty filthy…overall, put zeros up on the board……

BUMGARNER
Bounced back last night from his extracurricular activities of a week ago and now has won 4 straight, and is 7-0 with a 2.03 ERA in his last 10….Strike Out #'s are lower than we like to see, but the results are there…..and that PCL is still a hitters league……

MARTINEZ
Wasn't sharp, wasn't really that good……but coulda been much worse and with a little better control, maybe he can hold that spot for a few turns…..at least we can hope he pitches better than Wellemeyer…..that cant be THAT hard can it??

JOKER

BATS

Yeah, there were a handful of hard hit outs, but overall the newly minted Big Orange Machine was derailed tonight, mustering only 3 hits…..and other than the Panda Homer, was only able to get a runner to 2nd one time and that was in the 8th……the heart of the lineue, 3-4-5 hitters went 0 for 11 with a walk , and Posey has come back to earth…..I know what the problem is…..Pablo was hitting in the same position in the lineup two days in a row…..if it ain't broke don't fix it….and right now, juggling the lineup everyday was working…..so keep on shuffling…..tomorrow….I am thinking Timmy at leadoff…..

OK, the only thing more evil than the Dodgers is cancer……but…..well…..in some circles that might be debatable…..but that doesn't mean you have to sit him in the owners box…..give him some nice seats on the OTHER side of the field where he belongs….no need to kiss his pimpled greasy ass…..

WORLD CUP HATERS
OK, soccer may not be your cup of tea….hell, I find it boring as hell…..UNTIL THE WORLD CUP……you see, my view is that Soccer is like Baseball…..it is only interesting if…..1) You understand/ have an acquired taste for the game AND/OR 2)The Stakes are high enough to build drama……Soccer and Baseball are both games that appear to be full of inaction to the untrained observer, but when you raise the stakes the inaction becomes tension….and drama…..so love it or hate it, but the World Cup is the biggest sporting event in the world and therefore….they could play tiddly winks, and it would be exciting with this much riding on the outcome…..

WORLD CUP ELITISTS
OK, so we don't know what the hell is going on……but that won't stop the posers from watching……no, I won't pretend to be an expert…..but when you got an event bigger than the Olympics, its ok if you watch without really knowing whats going on right??? I mean they let the French watch the Military Channel and the English watch the Food Network right?......
