The Giants Co-Ace bounced back from his "monkey bump" in the "froggy area" with another dominating performance for his 11th win. Yes, right about now I imagine our Alabama All Star is celebrating with a big plate of Fried Okra and Gizzards, followed up by a healthy portion of Turnip and Squirrel Pie*…..And for those worried about his strike out rate and velocity…..chill…..his velocity and K rates have been steadily rising as the year goes on……his K rate is back to about 7.5 per 9 and he averaged over 93 MPH with a peak just above 95 MPH……as for the whole BABIP splits and strand rates…..sure they have been in the area where they make you wonder…..but they are slowly moving towards more normal areas…slowly…….and for all the people who said trade Cain because of these issues……well…..they can suck on my Gizzard……remember folks…..STATS are the product of BASEBALL PLAYERS…….not vise versa……now let me get back to playing my 1985 Edition of Strat-O-Matic….and goddamn it….I will win at least 1 game with that Giants team someday…….come on David Green, get a hit!!!

Holy shit…..yeah, way to keep the hands back and rope a 2 run double down the line…..but what about this kids arm……strongest in the Giant's OF to be sure……but the combination of Arm Strength, Accuracy, and Quick Release has to make this one of the best Outfield arms in the game…..Just watch, he will eventually nail someone at first on a "single" ….of course playing towards the Alley at AT&T means it will probably happen on the road…..but it will happen……

I should really let Penguin write this, but it's my job to do, so here it is….
First off something has been bothering me for a while…..do you remember when the Pirates were COOL??? Some of the younger crowd probably is thinking that’s impossible, but the Pirates were a national brand way back when....They would go through cycles like most teams, but they would always come back and put together winners…..from Clemente and Mazeroski to Stargell and Sanguillen to Dave Parker and Tekulve, to Bonds Bonilla and Drabek…..the had a pipeline of winners…..and then when Bonds left…..the team that seemed to always come back has never come back……even today where GM's and Owners are MUCH smarter than 10-15 years ago and there are few franchises that are without a clue…..it seems that the Pirates are one of them…… The new GM is showing his lack of savvy already…..First you had the Mclouth trade….. a young solid cheap player….. shuffled off to the Braves….for a speedy CF that was unneeded, a possibly decent major league ready Right Hander, and a leftie without an offspeed pitch getting the shit kicked out of him in High A ball……I have heard that the trade made room for McCutchen, so that makes the trade look better…..uhhh….WHAT? That’s like saying its ok to sell my old car for $10 because I have a new car…. it don't compute……and then they made a smart move shipping popular Nyjer Morgan to the Nats, but failed to control the clubhouse when Jack Wilson popped off in the press……and now they give bullshit token offers to Wilson and Sanchez…..and then pull the offers off the table…..the clubhouse has gone so sour that demoted Ian Snell who is tearing up AAA would rather stay in AAA Indianapolis than return to Pittsburg……I mean, how bad are things when a player wants to REFUSE A PROMOTION……..
