Bread was soft, and had a little chew.
Bread was good sized for the sausage. The skin was charcoaled up pretty well, and had a little crunch as it peeled away from the meat.
They took the smoked part seriously as the smokey flavor dominated the taste.
Texture was a bit marbled, and the meat came apart easily.
It was a just a bit greasy and just a bit salty...
Taste is not your usual bratwurst, and tastes quite a bit similar to the Polish Kielbasa.
Overall not a bad sausage, please note this is the least popular of the three sausages at the stand and later in the game when things have been busy this sometimes is the only sausage available
