OH MY GOD THATS THE SIZE OF MY FOREARM....
Smells GREAT.... WOW LOOKS LIKE SAUSAGE HEAVEN...
Well Looks can be decieving....
First of all, they grill the sausage, but they keep it warm in WATER? or BROTH?...
Well whatever it is, its Black Liquid....hmmmm... I guess thats ok.....
The Bread was a little stiff, but not stale....a sesame roll...but it was SOAKING WET from the "BROTH" of the sausage...and I am sure you know... wet bread= not good
The onions and peppers...SALTY AS THE SEA.....They musta been in their own brine liquid....
The Sausage itself was not bad... The texture was good, the skin broke freely and the meat crumbled with the marbled texture expected from a Kielbasa.
The first bite had liquid seep out, which at first felt like grease, but I soon realized was also due to the "Broth"
The meat flavor was good, but the Kielbasa spices were muted by sausage soaking in the liquid.
Even with the flaws of the liquid, it was still a good piece of meat, and the size was ridiculous.
Positive Points for Presentation, and Size
Major minus points for the soggy factor.
I prefer the Evergood Kielbasa anyday of the week (see review #3)
