Well... don't look as good as the ones at the park
Skin is a little chewy, but burst during cooking.
Very nice subtle Bockwurst flavor.
Flavor is not overpowering at all, has a hint of a veal flavor (ummm... baby cow)
The Bread was EarthGrains French Roll.
The bread is very soft and some chew.
Not greasy at all, a good bockwurst.
But sitting here in front of the TV watching Bomko lose.. something is missing.... GIANTS BASEBALL.
Major minus points for not being served at the ballpark!!
