Mr Snappy was snapping, and Zito was able to get over those 6th inning blues and go deep for once……don't worry about this guy, he will get shelled now and then but the stuff is there, unlike years past……he will get his outs, lose it and get hammered, find it and look good again…..not the stuff of aces, but good enough for the middle of a good rotation, and he could even surprise of rip off a streak or two….in fact a 2nd half surge wouldn't surprise me at all….Sure, he is as likely as Bernie Madoff to earn the money he has taken, but unlike Bernie Madoff, Zito just dressed like a woman, where Bernie is already someone's woman (nothing like Prison Rape jokes, right?)

OK, bad bad move down the line…..lucky was over the wall and the ump saw it….if it was in the stands you would have been just as guilty and we would have no outs…..so repeat to yourself….NEVER interfere with a ball in play….if the ball is in the stands, let our team catch it, and keep the other team from catching it….thats our homefield advantage…….and for the folks that think interference is good when it may help the Giants like turning a maybe triple into a double…..that may be true, but what I really fear is the installation of baskets, or pleixglass, or netting, or something to keep the fans from interfering……if this becomes an everyday thing, I bet the league would start pressuring the Giants to keep the game pure…….keep this park intimate…..respect the game…..dont fuck with the ball or players…UNLESS ITS OVER THE WALL AND GIANTS ARE BATTING….then you make sure no catch is made……
